You'd have to eat a lot of nutmeg if you want to get a "high." And even then, it's not even a good high; it can possibly make you delirious for over a day. There's probably some dysphoria that comes along with it. The only people who would use this drug are prisoners in jail who can't get their hands on any real drugs. That, and idiotic middle/high school students who are just looking for a cheap "high."
I personally wouldn't recommend it. Parachuting dozens of nutmeg wrapped in toilet paper to get an awful high just isn't worth it.
