Muscle and organs and bones make up a lot of your body weight. Generally muscle weighs more than fat. So you can weigh a lot but still have close to no fat on your body if you are completely jacked. 240 lbs is still unhealthy for a female of that height. She should probably get her body fat ratio tested to make sure she is in the healthy range.
