i yell at people all the time. i have lots of anger, and i just need to get it out. usually, it's with my family. i never yell at my friends. i get in fights just so i can win. i lie so people have to do things they don't want to. i tell people to do things then change my mind over and over, just to annoy them. i don't know what to do. and it's not like upsetting people makes me happy, i always end up crying. but i have no way to stop it, it's like it's a part of me now, and i just keep upsetting people. help!

i know it's okay to do it sometimes, but it happens every day. for instance, i go on facebook when i could be getting ready for school to make my sister mad. every morning. there's not anyone on facebook at 6 AM!
