Depends on how fast your connection speed, his connection speed, etc. It'll take a while though, regardless. Hell, there will probably even be times when it will just stop downloading. There's only one way to check it for sure, though. Start the download then look at the time remaining or ETA. Don't be surprised if it takes a day or so to download.

Because the speed changes, especially if the amount of seeders/leechers changes (which is lolduh, but it makes the ETA inaccurate unless you keep looking at it.)
