ok so im forming a band with my friend we are going to attempt to recreate Rush...my friend is drums, i play bass, and we need a guitarist (no one that plays guitar at our school likes rush)...and im going to have to sing cuz im bass..i have good singing ability but i sing low,,not high like Geddy (my voice just got done changing so its all wacked up)..anyone have any tips on how i could sing higher? (my great uncle has a PHD in vocal [he invented a singing technique thta allows u to sing longer] so im going to him next) i just want some tips on how to sing higher..help please

First, I must say good luck on being a Rush cover band. If you can successfully pull that off I will, and I promise, to be your #1 fan.

Second, To sing higher, sing in Falsetto or just tighten your throat. It seems like Geddy (you spelled his name wrong BTW) does that alot to sing like he does, especially now in his older days...
