my girlfriend told me she loved me on new years night, but i didnt say anything back. ever since then, she's been kind of hot/cold towards me. she tells me she can't live without me n would never leave me, but then tells me 2day that she is quiting her job and moving back to her old town, which is 2hrs from me.?.?.! i'm so confused n mad n sad n really hurt but dont want to hold her back or feel like a selfish ass.     she hasnt even tried to call me since she told me that 19 hrs ago. she gets off work at 330am

I am not sure if I selected the appropriate poll option, but what I can say here is--say what you mean. If you are not ready to say I love you to someone, then don't. But, if it seems to be confusing her then maybe you should clarify this to her, so she doesn't take your silence as "Hey-I don't really like you as much as you think."
