I get them because I stress too much and don't know how to relax like real men. which means that they start to hurt because I'm tense all the time. which in turn hurts my head. and sometimes jaw. and yeah. but is cool is cool.

In Afghanistan that is what we would be doing. Go up mountains with all that weight. Yeah, the military is real stupid, since it fucked my shoulders up pretty bad.
