I hate it how if you wear black at all people call you goth or emo. I mean I like wearing black t-shirts cause black is slimming! And my favourite shoes have skulls and crossbones on them. But I get "You look so goth" or "Are you emo?" thrown at me a lot.

But thats all they see. The don't care to see how my hair has blonde in it, or that I wear bright eyeshadow and very little (and sometimes no) eyeliner, and that I wear light blue jeans almost all the time.

I think people just like to judge.

Does this annoy anyone else?

Black is supposed to be more... sophisticated but I guess it depends on how the clothes are styled.

yepp... my english teacher took the piss out of me because i wear black a lot (and had black hair at that time) we were doing charity appeals and he was like "Rupsana, you're doing something about animals, aren't you? And natalie! what am i going to get from you? gave the goths?"

i was like whhyyyyyy take the piss in front of the whole fucking class... i wear what i want when i want... i was wearing a skirt and a bright blue top the day before >__>
