Today I got my braces on, and my mouth is sore as heck ,and I only had them on for 7 hours. When you had your braces on for the first time: HOW DID YOU HANDLE IT? HOW SORE WERE YOU? WHAT DID YOU HAVE TO EAT?

Best advice: 1.) Pain goes away 2.) It gets less wierd 3.) When u get them off, its TOTALLY worth it And yeah, mine really hurt too!

mashed potatoes, yougurts, oatmeal, mac and cheese, and cheese grits, but only until the pain went away.
