The reason you think it's dumb is because you didn't take a recreational dose.

You probably had 3.5mg vicodin tabs full of APAP.  The truth is that hydro/oxycodone recreational doses START at 20mg, and i would really only recommend that if your either trying to function after eating them or are maybe gonna drink a few with it. (or if its your first time)  The highest i've dosed at once is 50 mg, but have taken more total in a night just to stay at level.  Lots and Lots of people dose higher.

The high is a very introvertive high.  It makes it SOOOOO comfortable to get into a soft bed and, even if the tv is on, shut your eyes and relax.  Nice after a stressful day.  I dont generally consider it a party drug though, because of it's introvertive qualities at higher doses.

Another secret for you guys out there, it make it almost impossible for you to nutt.  10-20 mg and you'll turn into a fucking machine (no pun intended)  If you dose super high, though, you won't be able to get it up.

My final word is, no matter what the cool kids at cool say, snorting them really isn't the best way to do it, even if you have OC's with no apap.  The high when snorted starts higher, but ends quicker and the feeling of getting less high very quickly is not good.  Eat them.
