Please HELP...I just did something stupid on iTunes!!!!!

I meant to delete this one Youtube video I had downloaded, but accidentally clicked on a movie I had downloaded off of iTunes.  A thing came up, saying am I sure I want to delete this because I bought it from iTunes. There were three options: keep file in library, delete, or cancel. I chose "keep file in library". Well, the file was deleted from my library, but there's nothing in my Recycle Bin, so I'm pretty sure I didn't delete delete it. But where can I now find this file? It's like...hidden

Go to My Music, then click on the iTunes folder.  Then click on iTunes library.  It should have folders with all of your artists in it.  Find one that says Movies and it should be there.

My Documents > My Music > iTunes > Music Library > look for the album, or artist depending on how you have it sorted

There's no folder named Movies...there's a thing that says iTunes library, but that just takes me to iTunes.
