but really i need some advice...real talk..

so i love this girl right? k..yeah i do..
and she loves me .. supposively..
and we cant go out right now because of some difficulties..AND..we pretty much told eachother we werent going to get into anything serious..
so i have stayed single for the most part and so has she..
and we do everything that a boyfreind and girlfreind do..
but when i dont show interest in any other girls..she almost acts like she doesnt care or ignores me i guess i don know..
but when i do hang out with other girls and stuff she is all over me.. but i love her and really dont want to mess with other girl just to get her attention..
what is going on?
