Present your lines flawlessly, and do those before you sing (if you have the choice), so you can go into the singing confidently. To really rock the lines, spend a lot of time memorizing them. Read them just like you would if you were in the actual show, using pauses and accents that your character would use. Getting into character really can improve an audition. But the biggest way to have a perfect audition is to look cool and collected. It is totally okay to be nervous, but don't show it!
