I believe that if its illegal to hit a pregnant woman and kill an unborn child and be charged with murder, the same law should apply to abortion. UNLESS the child has somethign along the line of Trisome or wtf its called 18 were life can not be maintained.

I dont think so...because killing an unborn child is different from aborting a cell....when a woman gets an abortion shes esentially destroying a cell which in reality could turn out to be any part of your body...someone who kills an unborn child has essentially killed a developing person inside of a mother..

It depends on the state your in, some states you can kill someone's baby and if its before so many weeks its not murder.  Either way it depends on intention, if you plan to have the baby its different then killing it when its just a few cells.

It isn't murder to cause a woman to miscarry in all states. And in the states it is, it is only murder after the point where abortions aren't allowed anymore. So this is a really stupid argument.

there is nothing wrong with abortion
although when a baby is almost fully formed in the mother or fully formed and moving around and whatnot...I think you're a bit too late for an abortion

Well, that's not the case in Canada. If you kill a pregnant woman, you are charged with one murder. Fetuses do not have any protection under our laws.
