does anyone know of anything that works well to curb an appetite and doesn't taste like hay or chalk? i've never tried like slim fast, or slim quick, but i want to. Is it worth the money?
I'll never be able to lose weight if I'm always so damn hungry.
I can cu portions and stuff but I'm just always hungry... i just want something to stop that hungryness... lol.
any suggestions?
