Getting over a death, whether it's a friend or a family member's, it's a very tough thing to go through.  Just try not to stress yourself out too much about him being gone.  Also, remember that crying isn't a sign of weakness, but a sign of how much you love and remember you father.  With time, you'll eventually learn how to cope with the pain.  Try hanging out with friends, or just drawing, listening to music, etc.  It might take a while get back into your normal routine, or to set up a new one, but you'll get there eventually.  Don't stay inside all day, getting out every once in a while might help/refresh you.  

As for school, all I can say is try to do better and not get suspended as much.  If you're having trouble in school, try getting someone to tutor you (like a friend, or a cousin, etc), or go after school for extra help.
