so when you feel like you're zoning out, things start getting fuzzy, thoughts begin racing, you painfully "hyper", you feel like you can conquer the world and you can't focus on anything...or you feel like you might be dissociating, what do you do to get out of it? i will usually be okay...start zoning out, and then next thing i know i feel like i'm invicible. i don't know how to counter it...healthily anyway. i used to cut to bring myself back to reality but i'm working hard not to do that anymore.
any suggestions, thoughts, or words of wisdom?
