You can see one without your parents knowing, unless you need help with paying to go.

But 18 you should be able to go and everything remain 100% confidential unless you say 'Im about kill myself' Then they will

University's usually have student support centers also

If you're suicidal then I recommend a psychiatrist.
If you're 18 then they legally can't find out unless you tell them because the psychiatrist is not allowed to tell them.
