"Suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary problem," so they say. Don't do it.

If you know you will regret it, don't do it. There are always other options in life.

Okay, take a deep breath. Don't cut yourself. It may relieve your stress right now, but it takes more than it gives. It isn't very healthy for you, either. If you cut yourself, you loose blood, and blood delivers oxygen, and nutrients and vitamins that are necessary to your body. Cutting also leaves scars that you would probably regret deeply in the future, because it would remind you of the times you were depressed, and people would always ask you about them, and it's really annoying, so annoying that you would have to wear specific clothing to cover up your scars. Trust me, I'd know because my friend used to be a cutter, and everyone kept bugging her about her scars so much that now she never leaves the house without a sweater or a long sleeved shirt on. Don't commit suicide, either. I know that you've probably heard this saying, but suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary problem. I know it's overused, but it's only overused because it's true. You're probably just going through a phase right now, don't give up on yourself. You could always talk to people, like your parents/a trusted adult, a counselor, a therapist, a teacher, a sibling, a friend, the principal, the police, pretty much anyone that you know can help. If you don't have anyone to talk to, you could always call the suicide hotline. Their number is: 1-800-784-2433 If you don't feel like calling anyone, then you could always talk to people on LW. There's plenty of supportive people on here. You could always talk to a support leader if you need help. Good luck. :)
