In the face of such bleak prospects, I propose a practical, logical solution that, upon consideration,
will seem so simplistic and pragmatic that one will wonder why such ideas had never been proposed
before in American society. I propose the implementation of a variety of devices to gently and
slowly phase out the detrimental elements of American society. Ethnic minorities should be given
the option of being gradually moved out of America and back to a land to which they can trace their
ancestral roots. If they turn down this option, they can live in federally controlled city-camps, each
camp being exclusive to the people of a certain ethnic group. Living in these city-camps would come
at the price of an understood agreement that the government has permission to subject the
inhabitants of these camps with (humane) genetic alteration experiments. Through the aftermath of
World War II into the initial stages of the Cold War, the C.I.A. experimented with mind control drugs and
techniques - designated Project MK-ULTRA. I call for the revival and expansion of this program which,
with the benefits of modern technology, increased federal funding, and the urgency that comes from
the nationalistic support of the American public, shall prove successful in eliminating the criminal
tendencies of ethnic minorities, once combined with the genetic experimentation efforts I also call for
(for it is apparent that criminality is indeed related to genes in some manner, as it runs rampant in
some races and virtually absent in others). For the minorities that are in public office of some sort and
are needed in America and away from their city-camps, I propose that they be sterilized to prevent
them from passing on their criminalist genes and, worse, expanding them into the white race. These
measures I call for in respect to the ethnic minorities found above the poverty lines; for those below, I
propose imprisonment of sorts, removing them from sloth an idleness to create a massive public works
program that will finally eradicate poverty and joblessness from American society.

My proposals, implemented in their entirety, will firmly reinforce the stability of the American social
hierarchy and the righteous ideals upon which the American system of government (and thus,
American culture) has been defined for over 200 years. It is logical that, if Ethnic minorities make up
the overwhelming majority of criminals in America, a reverse of the multiracial trend in American society
will, eventually, result in the near-elimination of crime in America; and that the removal of the poor
from America will, naturally, removes poverty from America, thus stabilizing the current free-falling
economy. These steps I propose for the good of all America, and for out of the love of the ideals of
righteousness and equality upon which this nation was built.

Oh yeah because being a criminal is genetic. Being able to steal, kill or assault someone is so passed on by genes. White people do not have this so called "gene" because they have never committed any crimes
