My point of view was actually "We don't know because there is no real proof" - as I said, you can't "Answer" if it's not 100% fact.

It's just like what I did in my race tipping study.  Without those stats, though, you can't really say either way and whatever you say is nothing more than an opinion.  Just remember: class issues don't explain everything.  They may be a contributing factor in some cases, but they are never the entire thing - it's never that simple.  Using only Marxist theory to explain this sort of thing leads to quite a few inherent flaws in such explanations.

Personally, I'd think if those stats were taking into account, you'd see a correlation between lower socioeconomic classes and higher murder rates, yet blacks would stand out and have higher murder rates than all other races of the same class (very much like what I found in my race tipping study). But hey, that's just my hypothesis, or opinion, or whatever you'd like to consider it.  However, it's certainly worth some consideration as things like this are hardly ever explained away by one single variable and often have multiple variables involved.

For Whites and Blacks to be equal - Blacks must be 14.378% of the offenders.
Therefore - per capita, Blacks are overrepresented compared to Whites in serial murders.

Pedophiles... Well I'm not even going to look at statistics for that because not all pedophiles are caught and not all rape their kids.
So dependable statistics don't exist.
