for one exam i havent even stared to revise for yet (its a retake)
im really getting stressed about it....is it still possible too get a good grade if i revise really hard now?

It's better to start revising really hard now than waiting and starting revising later, or not at all. Starting revision now won't be as beneficial as starting it earlier, but any revision is better than no revision.
Possible to get a good grade? Perhaps. That also depends quite a bit on your ability in the subject, but revision will help.
