Ok I have GAD (which is Generalized Anxiety Disorder) which means basically, how most people think for example is "Oh maybe my boyfriend's cheating on me." And then after a second you go "Nahh that's not true." and you stop thinking about it. With GAD, you don't to that. You think about it, and obsess over it. Until you get so worked up you start to shake, throw up, cry, etc. I've been doing horrible lately, I just don't want to do this anymore. I'm sick of crying for a simple thought. And no matter what I do, I can't shake it. My shrink says I have it, but she hasn't doing anything about it. It's getting so hard I can't deal anymore...I just can't. I'm giving up...
