Well I am sorry to that. But both me and my mom have experienced a ton of racist white people. That wouldn't give me the right to think every old white person is a racist. Since I have met some really sweet people who were old and white. You need to get your head out of the gutter seriously. This is a too common problem with some white people. "Oh I have met some bad black people so I think they are all bad."

Well that's just you and I am sorry for that. There are a lot of Old Racist white people though and probably more than Old racist black people. People who are still living in those old days and still try to treat black people as nothing. There was once this old white guy on my street who was like that. He was racist as hell but his wife wasn't and she was sweet. Weird combo isn't it? Don't be so quick to make generalizations. I have also met sweet black people which includes my grandparents who are kind to people who aren't black also.

And I noticed that a lot of the nice old white people were from Europe. The U.S.A has a horrible history of racism, which is why I have never viewed it as the best country.....

Whites may have been the most racist group in the world. But, notice that thing called past tense. So we had a few things like genocides and slavery attributed to our pigment. Personal anecdotes only go so far, kids.  They only work for showing the range of variation and exceptions that exist among a rule.  There are no studies that show which race is the most racist.  Most studies out there have a difficult enough time just defining what being "racist" actually means.  As a result, this topic is nothing but pointless bickering over nonsense.

I'm just saying, it's useless to even talk about because not only do most people on here not agree what exactly "racism" is or entails, but that anyone who has any opinion is basing this on what's more than likely personal anecdotes (or experience) than any actual statistics given that there has never been a real study done on this question.

And when you have this going on, it's essentially results in nothing but people going "I'm right and you're wrong!" with no one able to prove what they say is correct and the other wrong.

To be honest, measuring "racism" as it is committed by a race is pretty meaningless, as race is a collective entity - not composed of as just one indvidual, but many.  For a race to be more racist, it would have to be uniform in their racial opinions, as if the race is somehow alive and an entity all on its own.  This is not the case.

The more proper terminology for this, and perhaps what most are getting at, is that more individuals of a certain race may tend to be racist than another.  Obviously, any individual has the likelihood of being racist.  The question is, how frequent is it among one group over another?
