lets change 'speeding' violations to secondary offenses

i.e. if you're doing something else and going a high speed, you get fucked

assholes shouldn't be allowed to ride my ass for minutes on end at 85 mph on the turnpike and get off with a mere $200 fine, but people who know how to keep their mouth off my fucking tailpipe and use proper lane discipline should be allowed to drive 100

not only would this make a lot more money for the state, but itd take tons of assholes off the roads, and give the police something to do!

This may also apply to drivers not allowing faster cars to overtake their car if the traffic situation allows it (e.g. by occupying the left-hand lane for a longer period of time)[11].

That actually seems to be how most of the highways around here are driven/patrolled by cops. Unfortunately, they can still pull you over for speeding, which is a pain in the ass when you come across a cop who has had a bad day and just wants to make someone miserable.
