i am trying to lose some weight and acne so i was thinking about cutting out soda (right now i drink about 3 liters a day) if i stop drinking soda will it help me lose weight and if it will then how fast will i lose weight?

yes. it will help tremendously. 3 liters a day of pure sugar is never a good thing.

well it definatly will help u lode weight and for me it woroked in about a week but not alot like 5 pounds i think with exersice it will greatly help
