I'm almost 25 weeks pregnant and I'm 140lbs (I started out at 125lbs). With my first son I was 171lbs but that's because I was retaining water. Am I gaining too much weight or am I doing just fine? I'm kind of nervous because I don't want to get high blood pressure and retain water again.
