My sister's dog has this habit of sitting on my foot but always in such a way as to facilitate contact between her vulva and my foot. If I move my foot away she goes and sits on it again, even lifting her leg over my foot to accomplish this if needed. It doesn't seem to be an itch and she's not humping, so she's not masturbating either. What can it be then? I've never seen this behaviour in a female dog before. Its not just my foot she does this with but also with anyone else or with a toy and even with the other dog.
