so yeah.
is it a panic attack when I wake up and my stomach hurts so bad I'm about to cry, i get lightheaded, I can't breathe and my had feels like it's about to explode and everything just hurts? and if it is why do I get it? I mean obviously there should be some reason, but I can't think of one. I get it sometimes before school, sometimes after a nap, sometimes during holidays and the length varies as well. If I ge up and ignore it, it'l still hurt and I won't be able to stand up straight. there're no thoughts going on in my head except "ow" basically.
any clues? I could go for a nice vomit now. I love days like today :D

It doesn't sound like a panic attack, are you stressed over anything?  I have a reaction similar to that when I get stressed out--it usually goes away when I do something fun to stop thinking about it, but that doesn't always work =/
