how do you make a massive headache go away?
I went to the snow, fell many times while sliding, it was the second time in my life that I went to the snow, the last time was when i was 7 or 6yrs. anyways we were going up the moubntain and then ,y head started hurting, whihc is normal b cuz of the high elevation, but we cam back and it still hurt. its been a day already and my head feels like its going to explode!!
im on the verge of tears of how much it hurts. ='(
what do i do???? dont tell me to take some pills or tylenol, ive been taking them for a day and now i feel dizzy of so many that i have taken, ive been sleeping a lot and it hurts while i sleep and i just agve up on sleeping completely.

make it go away pls!!!!

Hmm, heat or an ice pack.

When I get massive headaches that make me cry, ice ALWAYS makes them go away.

But since yours is related to the cold, I'd say go for heat.

ummm....its not all that normal to get a headache from elevation change...but i would try going to sleep if you can. it always helps mine

slow down ur blood flow. deep breaths for more oxygen. caffine is good. i also heard somthing about smelling vinigar once every 15 minutes for like 2 hours or sumthin

Drink lots of water.  Seriously, the cold weather and being outside in it makes you dehydrated, causing fatigue, dizziness, headaches, irritability, etc...
