hey im confused over this my freind has been really deppressed lately and last nyt he went a bit mad i was just ova at my cuzins house and there was this note it said sorry, i need some time away to sort my head out and i will never hurt you or anyone ever again no words can explain how i felt last nyt sorry the thing is he wanted me to go to the canal wit him last nyt and i said no his phones turned off his mum hasnt heard owt from him none of his freinds have either do u think this could of been a suicide note m really worried pls help xxx

Talk to him frankly. Ask him straight out whether he's having suicide thoguhts, tell him why you think suicide should be uninvented and why he specifically shouldn't do it. Just be honest with him...

I agree with them but if your friend has been saying suicidal things or you know has been thinking sucidal things id help some one but your his firend why dont you try talkning to them make him not so depressed and this would defiantly help you find out if u need to get him more help

I don't think it was a suicide note. he probably just did need some time. Just wait a bit, but if it gets to be a while and no one has heard from him then file a missing persons report with the police.
