I really wanna eat this icecream that's in the freezer...

but I'm lactose intolerant.
I'll probably have awful stomach cramps and I might puke. But the icecream is soooo good.

what do I do?

get a spoon and take a tiny spoonful. I don't know how lactose intolerance works, but maybe it won't do you as much harm as a whole bowl, while still allowing you to taste it.

It's just an immune system reaction to lactose, something in milk.

my brothers friend is lactose intolerant but he buys this special ice cream that he can eat. its good.
well i wouldnt want you to go through any pain so i suggest taking your mind off it with music or something.
