theres no such thing as common sense in working out, the routines are very strict in number of reps, resitence, and timing - all depending on her goal

not sure, maybe build muscle. IS the frequency of the exercises different for both? 
when u build muscle u wanna do heavier weight (resistence) for about 10 reps, by the 10th you shouldnt be able to do any more, if u are then resistence is too light, add more and do 3 sets total of 10 reps but then again your form is important too, wish i could show you so with that kind of work out ud do those every other day to allow muscle to build up for toning up u do medium weight, 15-20 reps, 3sets, every day i think you should stick with the second cause a girl should have a muscular ass Post edited at 9:59 am on Jan. 1, 2009 by Dass
