so i've been told that flushing my liver and/or colon would help to improve my acne alot
before i go and spend my money on treatments and vitamins i was hoping you all could tell me
do liver/colon flushes work (well enough to be worth it)? and if so, what brands/vitamins/etc. worked for you?

no. your internal organs hav nothing to do with your acne. just buy different products and stay away from greasey food. Also, dont go to sleep with wet or damp hair. it increases the chance of a breakout by 72%
