my best friend feels really sick because she ate way too much yesterday (this happens to her alot, she has an eating problem.. not anorexia or bulimia.. i don't know what it is, but she's seeing a counciler for it)
she really feelslike dying, we're at school.. she's in the sick room, and she can't go home. is there anything you can advise that i can tell her to do to help the sickness feeling go away? i feel really bad for her lol.

I think it would be best if she just rested and had a glass of water. She probably feels dizzy as her body can't cope with her eating habits.

To add... it doesn't have to be 7up. It could be any fizzy drink that is see through, such as Sprite or mountain dew.

she might have binge eating disorder. you can help her by reading up on it and talking with her about it and showing her you understand. maybe she has a super terrible problem that she tries to cope with using food. you could help her by talking with her about her problems and showing you support her and you are there for her.

yeah, i spoke to her seriously about it just before she started having councilling. i got her to admit that she's obsessed with loosing weight, and that she needs help.
she's having councilling now, she realizes she has a problem and she hates it. we do this thing where if she feels the need to binge, she rings me so we can chat so i can take her mind off it.
