I'm not super smart, but I'm moreso than a lot of people I know.  But then again, I work with a lot of people who are leaps and bounds above me.

But yeah, I think I'm smarter than a lot of people here.  Most people are text book smart.

In my opinion kids that are just "textbook smart" aren't smart at all, they're just mediocre kids with no social skills who compensate through obsessive study and focus on fringe things. Naturally, since the other mediocre kids don't focus on this stuff, and they uniquely know shit, the other mediocre kids think the nerd is 'intelligent' on the grounds of him being knowledgeable in things 'associated' with intelligence.

That is my definition of a nerd, all those kids who sat in the hallway between class reading.

But I digress, I am an asshole.

I've been in honors english classes since 5th grade (i'm a high school junior now) and have been tutored by my older brother since youth, and he got a 36 on his ACT and is going into Software Engineering.

i am very intelligent. im going to be a psychiatrist and im extremely talented inthe fine arts. i write read and play music on the flute clarinet and tenor saxophone, i dance on my schools colorguard, i sing quite well, i can draw and paint, sculpt, etc.
