Keep drinking water, or flat ginger ale sometimes. If you can, get some electrolytes into you . You may not be able to take flavoured Gatorade but you can get Pedalyte or similar in child or adult doses at a drug store. If you feel woozy and faint, that may help-take as directed of course.
