Jeez.. some people on here are pretty dumb..

You CAN get a sugar high, but obviously it's nothing like the high you get off a drug. And you could only die if your heart rate increased so much because of the sugar or if your blood pressure dropped so much because of the salt. But, that's pretty extreme and i'm not sure you could sniff that much sugar/salt.

To be quite honest, i think the person who started this topic should think carefully as to what the fuck they are thinking..

The idea of a "sugar high" or "sugar rush" is largely a myth with many studies falling to find any hyperactivity caused by sugar consumption. However sugar (especially natural source) will provide some energy in the form of charbohydrates.

The studies you are talking about failed to show long term hyperactivity, it is proven that sugar causes short term hyperactivity (sugar rush, sugar high) but then is followed with a sugar low.
