not to help anorexic hopefulls out there...but eating peppers increases ur metabolism with very few calories.. not eating will slow ur metabolism with no fails.

Which vitamins should you take if you are anorexic. I know that i dont get the nutrition that i need in food, so what vitamins cold i take to help out? And are there any that can boost your metabolisim i am always so tired.
