Hey! I think you should know that what you're feeling is actually normal. Try not to feel bad for feeling this way because many people have been in your shoes. I can really relate too. Everything is overwhelming you right. Then just as you think you've fixed some things to make it better, they pile up again. Or you realize that it was never really fixed at all to start with. And it's soooo easy to get discouraged by that and think that it's never going to get better.
But it can get better. Hard work really does pay off as long as you keep it up. Unfortunately, life doesn't suddenly decide that you've faced enough and deserve a break. So you just have to keep up the work, keep working at those issues and chipping away.
Getting perspective can really help though. Take a step back and realize how much you have accomplished already. Be proud of everything you've done to fight your battles. Recognizing your accomplishments will help you feel motivated to do more.
I highly suggest making a list of what's going on. Then brain storm ways to improve or fix the situations. And work on it. The list will be a reminder to help you stay focused. Then once you've gotten something done, cross if off and feel the thrill of accomplishing something important.
And don't feel too ashamed to talk to people about how you feel. Let friends and family, or even a guidance counselor, know how you're feeling. Though some battles have to be faced alone, you can still lean on other people for support in your time of need. There's nothing wrong with admitting that you need a bit of a boost to help you. They care and they'll care about the fact that you're feeling low and struggling. You do not have to do this alone.
I really hope this helps you feel encouraged to continue fighting. You CAN do this and you are strong enough to keep fighting. Let your past accomplishments show you how strong you really are and how much power you have to affect change. :)
