when i see my therapist she keeps talking and talking and talking and doesnt want to shut up and keeps painting this perfect picture of the world and she just doesnt allow me to rant and get my emotions out.
i leave more depressed when i see her
ever happened to anyone? and what should i do?
im thinking to quit therapy altogether....it doesnt work
