is it normal that i often have very gruesome dreams? like often there's blood in them, explosions, ppl blowing up. not all the time, but fairly often and i wake up really freaked out. like last night this random young boy fell down into a ditch thing and blew up?? and then this man was stitching me and some other ppl's mouths shut? like with an actual needle and string. i actually felt the pain of the needle in my dream? is it normal to feel pain in our dream?
