Wow.. I hate to say this, but she needs to grow up. Unless it was her first time and she was raised in a convent she needs to know that guys cum on girls faces. Not the best thing in the world, but like someone said above, sex is not sterile. She needs to grow. And you need to grow up too.. be a man and tell her that it it is part of life and deal with it. Next time just don't pretend it was an "Accident" tell her it is part of what ou are into and she will learn to deal with it.
