Trapped nerves maybe... Go to the doctor if it starts to hurt

I went on MedHelp and got this--
"I'm not a doctor or anything, but during the 'muscles' unit of one of my college's biology courses, we learned that lactic acid is produced in greater amounts than the body can process during exercise, and this surplus of lactic acid aids the muscles in exercise. After you stop exercising, you still have a surplus of lactic acid while your body processes the leftovers, and that's what causes the tingling."
Others say to go to a doctor-- better to be safe , hope this helps
