macs have a better filesystem, which makes them run faster. ntfs was made in the 80's. loool. macs also have a different architecture (obviously) and require way less system resources. they're beasts for networking.

I just gave up on Windows just about since Vista came out. I switched to Mac about a couple months ago to see if it's really a good computer and sure enough it was! It had everything I needed plus the option of Dual-booting windows with it so I am not at a loss

yeah, but do you have any idea how annoying that crap is? i don't get virus's on my mac, and i don't have to deal with all the stupid popups that i have gotten on windows computers. I can't do lots of stuff i want to because of anti-virus software.
