that my brother does not give a fucking rat's ass about me. He's only my half-brother, but we used to be so close when I was younger. He moved out whenever he turned 18, and I haven't seen him since then. He is 27 now. He lives in North Dakota, and only calls to talk to my dad whenever he needs money. I'm not really a fan of his, but whenever he calls and I answer the phone, he can't even fucking tell me "hi" or ask how I'm doing or anything. On my birthday, he called my dad, and my dad told him that it was my birthday. He asked for my number, and then never called. I really, really hate that I'm really that fucking unimportant to him.

That really sucks, since he is family. It just sounds like he turned into a mooch and changed alot. I mean, obviously, he doesn't care about his family anymore. He only calls home when he is in need of survival money. If he lives in a different state, it isn't like you can actually go and spend time with him, so your best bet is to just kind of forget about him and his ways. Don't disown him as your brother but learn to cope with these changes.
