because I felt like I was on the verge of having a huge panic attack. I don't know why the fuck I took two, I never ever take more than one and now I'm scared as fuck seeing as it's a huge effort to even type this shit out and I thik everything is getting blurry and now I might be over reacting do yu think I'll br ok?

i take xanax for panic attacks too, and i've taken up to 3, just not thinking about it when i did.
you'll just get a little high, and probably wont remember what you did when you wake up tomorrow.
just chill out.

Maybe you should just try throwing them up. And just relax because you'll just get worked up and freak out.  A lot of people feel a little high off of drugs like that and it should wear off soon. If you feel like your passing out or something then get help.

Xanax is a highly addictive sedative. Only to be taken when really needed. 2 is fine when suffering severly....but try not to become reliant on them and try to breath in and out in 3 second motions...also best to see a regular counsellour and doctor if your getting panick attacks, although I'm guessing you already have because you have access to the xanax. Hope your okay now. xx
