They contribute meaningless replies to your post and only do it for a point that doesn't mean a goddamn thing. Those who are point whores should be identified and there should be limit on how much they post, and if what they point is meaningless a whole bunch of points should be subtracted or they should go down in rank. They should be given 2 warnings after that, and if they do it again they should be banned from their IP address.

Just a suggestion.
