So since I've had Jay my period still hasn't returned to normal. I'm on mymonthlycycles to chart since I have no idea when my period is coming (I'm not charting for ovulation).
Since I stopped my bc I get brown discharge 2 or so days before my period actually begins. When marking off when I get my period, should I count from the day the discharge shows up or the day the flow actually begins?
