i want to download a file sharing newtork that has alot of music files but program files too. i know some people dont beileive in downloading programs for free, its my only way to get good programs without spending money i dont have.

does anybody have any suggestions on what file sharing newtork has the most files right now or which ones have too much spyware, any suggestions on what to or not to download?

Without too much spyware? None, just use a spyware scanner after every file download, and you should be fairly safe.

Torrents are easy, you need a program for them though, most people recommend utorrent.

go to bittorrent.com, download it, when its downloaded, in the address bar, type in torrentpond.com, then type whatever you want to find

Well, you could use Limewire but I don't suggest it.

What i do suggest, is downloading from torrents. You always run the risk of spyware, but you can scan anything you download before you run/open it in Windows. All you will need to download from torrent is:

A torrent client, such as utorrent available for free from www.utorrent.com

A way to search for torrents. My personal favorite is this software called Bit Che,
